Okay so I’m not writing this to support OOP or anything, but when I used to make homemade ketchup, I found that adding a bit of dark cocoa powder to the spice&herb mix you ideally cook into the sauce, it actually _does_ improve the final result with a certain depth of flavour.
That’s not saying that mixing ketchup and chocolate is good, mind you.
